Agrituning at Chip Performance
Chip Performance offers you Agrituning various types to equip agricultural machines, crawler cranes, mobile cranes, shovels and self-driving livestock feed trucks with tuning. Varying from tractor to combine. When you turn over more power and torque want to have and with it fuel saving want to realize, you have come to the right place. We can, possibly with the help of a Egger's Dynamometer, rewrite the software to your wishes and requirements. This is often to remove the turbo hole and / or to create more power at a lower speed and keep this constant.
Chip Performance programs directly in the engine control unit of the relevant machine causing an optimum return and where we can even make the gearbox (if automatic) shift more smoothly and flexibly. Rewriting the EGR valve from the software is also possible, as well as the AdBlue software deactivate. Our software is NOT available for dealers and importers. We work together with large dealers and importers, so it is often no problem to do it from the dealer.
No tuning box or external module
Chip Performance does not install a tuning box or external module on or near the engine. When assembling such a module the computer is "fooled" and the computer sees that the values are too low, for example, the diesel pressure while this is not the case. The computer is then forced to often go beyond its original values to solve this "problem". This can cause damage to the engine in the long term. In addition, the engine is often louder and no optimal result is achieved.
With Agrituning from Chip Performance you will get the motor warranty. We provide a guarantee on all our tuning unless otherwise specified. At most dealers, the warranty for your new tractor will be retained. In the unlikely event that something breaks due to the tuning, you have the guarantee from us.
Dynamometer
At Chip Performance you are at the right place to have your tractor tested for power and torque. We have a dynamometer which can test up to 800 HP. We can perform this test for you, but you can also rent, lease or buy a machine.
We also occasionally have used refurbished water brakes for sale.
