What are the options for DTE tuning?
DTE Systems GmbH develops, produces and sells power tuning systems for passenger cars, trucks and tractors. With the chip tuning product PowerControl for cars, the engine power can be improved by 25 to 30%, while with the PowerControl PDX for trucks, fuel consumption savings of approximately 12% can be achieved. A second DTE product line is the PedalBox: accelerator pedal tuning for all passenger cars with an electronic accelerator pedal. The PedalBox shortens the reaction time or throttle response and leads to a significant improvement in acceleration by approx. 10%.

In 1996, Patrick van Drunen laid the foundations for a successful company: the tuning technician created DTE Systems GmbH and started the first production of chip tuning modules. The first ten years there was a rapid growth of the customer base, the team and the production. In 2003, Van Drunen merged the Development and Production departments at the modern business park Recklinghausen Ortloh. Another ten years later, in 2013, the company moved to the state-of-the-art business and production building on Maria-von-Linden-Straßr, where the Development, Production and Logistics departments were united under one roof. DTE developed an efficient spatial concept in which workflow and customer needs are linked to each other in a modern way. And with the MAHA dynamometer and three assembly stations, DTE is able to serve its customers in an ideal way. Thanks to our own production of cables and modules, all customers are assured of rapid production processes, which means that DTE is able to flexibly meet the strictest quality standards.
DTE has been internationally expanding steadily from its inception: through a powerful dealer network, DTE products are currently present on four continents in 62 countries.

Receive a good quality guarantee
An internal audit on DTE tuning was performed by RWTÜV systems GmbH in accordance with the guidelines of ISO 9001 in 2003, and again in 2006 by TÜV Austria. This verification forms the basis for the TÜV certificates provided for our tuning systems, which are required in Germany and some other countries. A good feeling about safety is an important aspect in the manufacture of DTE tuning. We can offer a DTE PowerControl for more than 3.300 vehicles, including a TÜV component certificate. Moreover, we are a member of the Association of Association of German Automobile Tuners VDAT and thus meet high quality standards.
