Power test bench car

Chip Performance has recently acquired a Dynorace 4WD HLS. This car power test bench can measure up to more than 1200 hp in power. It is suitable for both 2WD and 4WD vehicles.

The Dynorace is the only power test bench with the possibility to connect and disconnect the front and rear axles thanks to the HLS system. The hydraulic connection ensures that the front and rear axles achieve the same rotational speed.

Thanks to the HLS system, 2WD vehicles with ABS, ESP and anti-slip control can also be tested without any problems.

We use the Dynorace power test bench for various purposes:

• Measure original power so that we can check whether the motor has achieved the right power.
• Measuring power in combination with Lambda values ​​to see if the correct air / fuel mixture is being burned. If the engines are too poor or too rich, damage may occur to the engine.
• Make a diagnosis for problems at certain speeds where you can stand “next to” the car and thus have a better picture of what is happening with the car. This often makes failures much easier and quicker to resolve.
• Running in new engines through our simulation program. This is possible for both street and racing cars.
• Chiptuning in other words, the perfect adjustment of the engine to size. This can be software or mechanical. We can test every adjustment which we can immediately see in a graph.
• Software for moderately adjusting your car. Due to various modifications to your vehicle, take an example of one turbo upgrade the car must be readjusted. With the help of the power bank we can adjust the car correctly.
